Position: Hairdressing Lecturer
Location: Colindale
Job Type: Part Time (2 days per week)

Pay: Up to £36 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching, training and assessment across Level 2 and Level 3 Hairdressing programmes.
• Deliver practical and theoretical sessions covering cutting, colouring, styling, blow-drying, hair treatments, salon practices and current industry techniques.
• Assess learner work, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and the development of professional hairdressing skills.
• Provide tutorial and pastoral support while promoting learner welfare, safeguarding, employability skills and professional standards within the hairdressing industry.

Required:

• Minimum 2 years' recent practical industry experience within Hairdressing, including cutting, colouring, styling and other relevant salon services.
• Qualified to Level 3 in Hairdressing or a relevant Hairdressing discipline.
• Recognised teaching and/or assessing qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
