About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skills Lecturer to join a Further Education College in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to share their industry knowledge and help learners develop practical skills across a range of construction trades.

You will deliver engaging practical and theory-based sessions to learners studying Levels 1-3, supporting their development and preparing them for progression into employment or further training.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant construction trade or a recognised Multi-Skills qualification.
• Practical experience across multiple construction trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, brickwork, painting and decorating or general building.
• Knowledge of the skills and standards required across Levels 1-3.
• A teaching qualification is desirable, but candidates with strong industry experience who are looking to move into education are encouraged to apply.
