Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support students with SEND at a Further Education college in North London.

You'll help learners access lessons, build confidence and develop independence, while providing personal care with dignity and respect.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing one-to-one and small-group learning support
* Supporting personal care needs, including toileting and hygiene, in line with individual care plans
* Encouraging independence, communication and participation
* Working closely with lecturers and the wider SEND team
* Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

We're looking for:

* Experience supporting people with SEND in education or care
* Experience providing personal care sensitively and respectfully
* A patient, reliable and encouraging approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
