**Job Title:** Head of Foundation Learning

**Location:** Suffolk

**The Role**

Our College client are looking for someone to lead and manage a team to help students succeed through a creative and flexible curriculum. You'll work closely with senior staff to improve programs, meet the needs of students and stakeholders, and manage resources effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

• Create a great learning experience for students to help them succeed.
• Support and guide staff to improve teaching practices.
• Build a positive and collaborative culture among teachers.
• Set up and maintain quality systems to improve performance.
• Develop and update the curriculum to keep it relevant and effective.
• Lead your team to meet and exceed performance targets.

**The Person**

• Experience working in Further Education (FE).
• A track record of improving student outcomes.
• Experience mentoring and supporting team members.
• Familiarity with inspection processes and improving teaching quality.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Experience in leading educational programs.
• Proven ability to manage resources effectively.
