Morgan Hunt is recruiting a SEND Lecturer to join a Further Education college in North London.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help learners with SEND build confidence, develop independence and gain skills for their next steps.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Planning and delivering engaging, accessible lessons tailored to individual needs
* Supporting learners to develop communication, independence and employability skills
* Assessing progress and adapting teaching to support individual learning goals
* Working closely with learning support staff and the wider SEND team
* Creating a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment

We're looking for:

* A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
* Experience teaching learners with SEND
* A patient, creative and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
