**Job Title:** Curriculum Manager - Health & Social Care

**Location:** Prince Regent Lane, London, E13 8SG,

As the Curriculum Manager for Health & Social Care, you will lead and manage curriculum planning, development, and delivery aligned with employer and industry needs, ensuring compliance with educational standards and enhancing student engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage curriculum planning, development, and delivery aligned with employer and industry needs.7
• Line manage and mentor a team of teaching staff, promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Monitor course performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Deliver 7-12 hours of high-quality teaching weekly as a role model for the team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance learner employability, including work placements and progression opportunities.

**The Person**

• Substantial vocational experience in Health and Social Care and Childcare.Proven success in teaching or training within the subject area.
• Experience of working in Further Education (FE) or Higher Education (HE) is essential.
• Experience in curriculum management within further education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and industry partners.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment.
• Relevant degree in Health and Social Care or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is desirable.
