Organisational Design Specialist, 6 month FTC (with possible extension) - Leading Professional Body - Home based - £66,000


This is an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Design Specialist to join a leading professional body.

Working as part of a change team you will be responsible for organisational design and implementation. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Designing and refining organisational structures, role profiles and job architectures to match business objectives
• Conducting organisational assessments, structural and gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, redesigns, or capability gaps
• Partnering with the People and Programme teams and senior leadership to embed design principles
• Leveraging industry benchmarks, workforce analytics, and organisational behaviour theories to guide redesign recommendations

You should have extensive experience of leading organisational design and implementation projects within large complex organisations ideally in local/central government, health, or other regulated public bodies. Experience of managing complex structural change needs to be combined with a track record of developing job architectures and pay frameworks. Excellent influencing and relationship building skills are essential.
