Morgan Hunt is recruiting a caring and reliable Learning Support Assistant to support students with SEND at Barnet and Southgate College.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students in lessons and with daily college activities.

• Providing personal care, including toileting and support with personal hygiene, in line with individual care plans.

• Helping students develop independence, confidence and communication skills.

• Working closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience providing personal care.

• Experience supporting learners with SEND in an education or care setting.

• A patient, respectful and supportive approach.

• An enhanced adult and child DBS registered on the Update Service.
