Key Details:

• Must have experience of working in the education sector.
• Provide impartial 1-to-1 careers guidance and action planning to support students' progression into further education, apprenticeships, training, or employment.
• Deliver engaging careers workshops and employability sessions covering CV writing, interview preparation, job searching, and university applications.
• Build strong partnerships with employers, universities, and training providers while supporting careers fairs, employer engagement events, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Gatsby Benchmarks and safeguarding requirements, maintaining accurate records and contributing to outstanding student outcomes.
• Must have DBS on the update service.
