Key Details:

• Deliver effective teaching and assessment across BTEC Business courses for learners aged 14-19 and adults.
• Develop and prepare engaging lesson plans, schemes of work, learning materials and assessment activities.
• Provide academic and pastoral support, monitor student progress, and promote achievement and progression.
• Assess students' work, provide constructive feedback, maintain accurate records and follow quality assurance procedures.
• Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and safeguarding while working collaboratively with colleagues and engaging in continuous professional development.
• Have a valid Enhanced DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
