Morgan Hunt are currently seeking multiple Joiners to our large client who is based in Moray. Your role will involve working on the Maintenance and repairs of domestic properties through out Moray.
As a skilled Joiner you will use your multi-trade expertise to diagnose and carry out responsive maintenance tasks, ensuring a first fix and customer satisfaction. You\'ll collaborate with the Repairs Manager, Customer Services staff, and a multi-trade workforce to achieve efficient results. Operating within the housing associations operating principles for Responsive Maintenance, you\'ll liaise with various stakeholders to provide a high-level service.
To excel in this role, you\'ll need to be a time served Trades person with at least three years of experience within the Joinery trade and have your own works van.

3.6 To promote the Sensory provision and to participate in the delivery of DPH/VI/MSI awareness training, through individual guidance or staff training sessions.
3.7 Provide communication/mobility support on external trips/events, work experience, college open events, parent evenings, Student Awards and enrichment activities.
3.8 Act as an advocate on behalf of the student, with their consent, as and when appropriate.
3.9 Attend and contribute to student reviews, EHCP Annual Reviews, assessment meetings and team meetings.
3.10 Undertake administrative duties, ensuring all student records are accurate and up to date.
Skills and experience :
Minimum Level 3 certificate in British Sign language qualification (Working towards Level 3 would be considered)
Recent experience of working with people with sensory loss\' in an education setting.
Good standard of education especially in English and Maths (GCSE Grade C or above equivalent) and IT.
Awareness of additional learning needs associated with a hearing impairment and visual impairment, and the social and emotional difficulties that can occur.
