Main Duties of the Executive Assistant:
* Managing diaries, liaising with Government departments and other national/regional bodies
* Organising Senior Leadership meetings including booking venues, organising agendas and taking comprehensive minutes
* Researching into business planning and operational activities
* Dealing with all letter/telephone and email enquiries
* Supporting Board and Committee meetings
Experience Required of the Executive Assistant:
* Ideally experience working in a Housing/Not for Profit organisation
* Experience working as a Personal/Executive Assistant is essential
* Experience of minute taking
* Sound MS Office skills
* Excellent communication and written experience
