Morgan Hunt are currently working with a UK Regulatory Body in their search for a permanent Paralegal to provide high level, focused and efficient legal support to the Automatic Enrolment Legal team.
You will be involved in a broad range of legal work, including work relating to Civil Litigation, First Tier Tribunals, Criminal Prosecutions, Debt and Enforcement cases, as well as Commercial and Procurement work. This will involve managing a caseload, including preparing responses, providing advice, organising evidence and supporting at Tribunals as required.
You will also be responsible for providing general advice on automatic enrolment, conducting legal research and contributing to know-how across the organisation.
The successful post-holder will be an experienced Paralegal (ideally with experience in Civil Litigation and/or the Regulatory Sector). You will have experience in Public Law, knowledge of Court/Regulatory procedures, with the ability to manage a high-work load, draft and review legal documents and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
You will be a strong team-player with a positive \"can-do\" attitude, and ideally knowledge of Pensions Law, Data Protection & Information Rights.
It is an exciting time to join a large team, to which you will be provided with exposure to a range of legal work, and have the opportunity to apply for a training contract with the organisation.
