Summary
Our client is a leading Housing Association operating throughout London, currently looking for an experienced Property Surveyor on full time permanent basis, managing a patch of properties circa. 5,000 homes throughout South London.
You will deal with day to day issues that arise regarding responsive repairs, voids, diagnosing defects and provide an excellent service to the group\'s customers and tenants. You will be managing a busy and challenging patch, interacting with various internal teams, and playing an integral part to the overall repairs service delivery.

Job Description
* To carry out programming, configuration and development tasks ensuring that feasibility has been assessed and established; relevant documentation is maintained; test scripts are prepared, testing is successfully completed; and that information systems components are released into operations in accordance with policies and standards.

Person Specification
- An extensive and recent experience of the technical configuration and
support of corporate business systems within a professional IT environment.
- Strong educational background including a first degree in an IT related
subject (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft SQL Server stack particularly SQL
Server, SSRS, SSIS
- Experience of the support and maintenance of major corporate business
systems (e.g. TechnologyOne, Oracle, SAP)
- Relevant service delivery experience of working in an ITIL-based framework;
familiarity with the processes, procedures and outputs of ITIL. ITIL
Foundation Certificate.
- ITIL Service Management Certification
- Demonstrable understanding and experience of delivering projects within a
contemporary project management framework (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
- Substantial, recent, experience of the maintenance and development of
enterprise applications and processes across a complex organisation.
Including the development of Web service / APIs integrations.
- Previous ICT experience at a level where the role has required the ability to
translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood
