Joe Willet is one of the best recruitment consultants I have had the privilege to work with. In my recent job searches, I had dealt with many agencies and consultants, and I'll be honest the service I received, overall, hasn’t been good. My experience is that the consultants were attentive up to the interview stage and if you weren’t successful for a role, you no longer existed for them. No follow up call, in some cases I had to chase for feedback. I started to lose faith in recruitment agencies. However, Morgan Hunt and Joe changed that. Joe was fantastic; he provided me with updates on the entire process, his briefings and tips on how to handle the interview were excellent. What made him stand out from the other consultants that I have been in contact with is his personal touch. At no time did I feel like just another candidate or a number. He brought the human side and courtesy to recruitment. He is brilliant!
It was a pleasure to have Sarah as a consultant. She is genuinely a nice and polite person and always does her best to get in contact for updates. Unlike other agencies the mention of meeting was not raised once until I was actually offered a job. In my previous experience this process can be very long winded and time consuming, especially if it doesn’t work out with the agency or company I’m interviewing for, so this was a different experience! All in all I’m really glad she came across my CV and having the chance to register with MH.

I am really happy with the service I have received from my consultant. Sophie Darby is a hardworking and very efficient consultant. She constantly updates me on matters on time and is always showing concern and determination to help me as much as possible. I really like her level of enthusiasm, it is clear she loves her job and she is a naturally caring and helpful person. I am very pleased I have been given her as my consultant and I can't thank her enough for all she has done. I also must comment I really like how my consultant is easy to get in touch with as she calls me to discuss matters very often, she replies to my emails almost instantly and if ever she's away from her desk she will not take long to get back to me. She goes above and beyond to help out! She is excellent at what she does and a very valuable asset to Morgan Hunt.
