Salary: £19,473 to £27,156 (Actual salary for 21.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

Hours: 21.6 hours per week, worked over 4 days (specific days/times to be agreed)

Are you an experienced beauty professional with a passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation?

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a further education college based in Hayes for a Part-Time Lecturer in Beauty Therapy to join their dynamic Hair, Beauty, Hospitality, Early Years, and Performing Arts department.



You will be teaching across a range of programmes, including:

• City & Guilds Levels 2, 3, and 4
• Commercial short courses (including evening classes)
• Hair Reduction and Skin Rejuvenation using advanced Laser systems

The college boasts industry-standard facilities, including a fully equipped beauty salon, providing students with hands-on, real-world experience in a professional setting.



What we're looking for:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
• A Level 5 teaching qualification recognised in the Further Education sector
• At least 3 years' industry experience
• Experience teaching, training, or assessing in the beauty industry
• Qualified to teach and assess Level 3 Advanced Epilation
• Level 4 qualifications in Hair Reduction (IPL) and Skin Rejuvenation (Laser)
