Team Manager

We are currently hiring for a dynamic Team Manager to oversee a Children's/Young Person service for 16-18 year olds on a Temporary basis. The contract is ongoing.

Responsibilities within the role:

• Managing a Team of dynamic front line workers
• Conducting 1-1 reviews with front line staff
• Reporting into the Operations Manager
• Reviewing Service Improvement plans
• Safeguarding reviews

For this role you will need previous management or supervisory experience within a Social care setting and hold an Enhanced DBS which covers both Children's & Adults.
