About the Role

You will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching on the Sport & Exercise Science and Sport Coaching programmes (Level 2-3), guiding learners to achieve their ambitions and progress into higher education or employment in the sports industry.

Key Duties of a Sports Lecturer

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons across a range of sport-related units
• Inspire students to achieve their personal best through excellent teaching
• Bring your practical sports knowledge and real-world experience into the classroom
• Contribute to enrichment activities, sports events and departmental development

About the Sports Lecturer

• A recognised further education and training teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Relevant degree or professional experience in Sport, Coaching or Exercise Science
• Passionate about further education and training and committed to student success
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
