Head of Media and Digital - Required!!

Rate: PAYE - £32.24/hr PAYE

Location: Hybrid (Ideally in the office 1-2 days per week; remote working available)

Contract: Interim / Temporary

Are you a strategic communications leader with a passion for making a difference? We are looking for looking for a Head of Media and Digital to lead a high-performing team in delivering impactful media, marketing, and digital communications.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home or in our London office (1-2 days a week ideally - but you're welcome in the office more often if preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team to deliver effective media, digital, and marketing strategies.
• Media Strategy: Co-lead the development and implementation of national and regional media strategy to increase our profile and campaign impact.
• Digital & Marketing: Oversee the delivery of engaging content and lead on innovative digital communication and marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Drive key projects such as our upcoming 60th Anniversary celebrations.
• Executive Profiling: Support profile-building for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Policy & Campaign Messaging: Translate policy and campaign work into compelling communications that reach key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional media, including senior editors and journalists.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Leadership and Senior Leadership Teams to ensure aligned messaging and communications.
• Service User Voice: Ensure communications amplify the voices and experiences of the people we support.

Working Environment:

• Location: Hybrid - mix of remote and office-based working.
• Lone Working: None with service users.
• Flexibility: You may work fully remotely or choose to work from the office more frequently if preferred.
