Part-Time Internal Communications & Engagement Lead
3 days per week | £400 per day | 3-month assignment
A leading national charity is seeking interim support to strengthen internal communications and engagement capacity during a period of significant organisational change.
With the launch of a new organisational strategy and the roll-out of a refreshed brand identity, there is a short-term requirement for additional senior communications leadership to ensure these major programmes are embedded successfully across the organisation.
Assignment Focus
Shape and deliver an internal comms and engagement strategy to enable effective implementation of the new organisational strategy, working closely with executive leaders.
Partner with People and Brand functions to integrate refreshed brand work into internal communications.
Design and coordinate impactful campaigns, messaging, materials, and events that inspire engagement across diverse internal audiences.
Provide senior leadership and delivery oversight for high-profile communications priorities, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
Ideal Profile
Senior-level internal communications leadership experience within large, complex organisations (charity or not-for-profit experience desirable but not essential).
Proven interim/contract expertise or strong evidence of delivering at pace on short-term projects.
Demonstrated success leading comms initiatives such as strategy launches, brand refreshes, or organisational change programmes.
Strong ability to design and deliver communications strategies, with accountability for outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at executive and senior leadership level.
Contract Details
Part-time: 3 days per week
£400 per day
3 months, with immediate start preferred
Hybrid working, with some presence required in London and regional offices
