HR Advisor (Learning and Development) - 4 Week Temporary Assignment
Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for Learning and Development? I'm recruiting on behalf of my client for a full-time temporary role, lasting 6 weeks, paying £25.89 per hour (umbrella).
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to take the lead on learning and development activities, employee recognition awards, and corporate induction programmes. You will also act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional support to colleagues across the organisation.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Coordinating training and development activities, including College-wide training sessions and external suppliers.
- Managing induction processes for new starters.
- Leading on employee recognition initiatives.
- Producing learning and development communications and reports.
- Supporting wider HR projects and queries as required.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure. Previous experience as an HR Advisor within a learning and development environment is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
