HR Business Partner - Public Sector - Peterborough - £49,500
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a leading public sector organisation going through a period of positive change.
Reporting into the Director of People you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to leaders and managers across the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Working in partnership with hiring managers on their recruitment and selection processes
- Ensuring managers implement the performance improvement policies and procedures
- Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager, identifying learning needs and potential interventions
- Alongside the ER Manager, ensure you are providing expert ER advice and guidance
- Leading on change management projects including restructures and Tupe
- Championing Equality and Diversity best practice across the organisation
You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a track record of working in a complex organisation. A strong knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with experience of managing change programmes including restructures and redundancies. Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to work on projects are essential.
