Interim ER Specialist

Interim ER Specialist, 3-6 Months - Education Sector - South West London - c£280 per day (Umbrella)


This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR professional with a strong ER skill set.


Working closely with the Head of HR Operations and Senior HR Manager you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to managers/directors on the full range of employee relations issues. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and capability issues
• Advising managers on the sickness absence policy
• Liaising with their Occupational Health Advisors to resolve absence issues
• Working closely with ACAS and other legal representatives
• Supporting with the development of HR policies and procedures

You should be an experienced ER Specialist or an HR Generalist with a strong employee relations skill set. Ideally you will have experience of working within the Education sector and have a DBS. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with colleagues at all levels is essential.
