Are you a skilled people leader with a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals? We're looking for an experienced Team Leader (ISVA/IDVA/ISAC) to lead a frontline team delivering vital support services to victims and survivors across Staffordshire.
In this pivotal role, you'll ensure services are delivered to the highest standard, in line with performance targets and contractual requirements. You'll lead a team of specialist staff, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily team operations, ensuring cases are allocated effectively and services are delivered in line with quality and safeguarding standards.
Conduct case management system audits, ensuring accurate, complete data and compliance with reporting requirements.
Analyse data and performance reports to identify trends, monitor KPIs and ensure the service is outcome-focused.
Lead and support your team with performance management, training, recruitment, supervision, and wellbeing.
Act as a safeguarding lead, providing guidance and responding to crisis situations where needed.
Promote collaboration with local statutory, voluntary, and community organisations, attending external meetings where required.
Foster a culture of effective communication, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery.
About You
You'll bring leadership experience in a frontline service environment, ideally within the criminal justice, domestic abuse, or victim support sector. You'll have a strong understanding of safeguarding, equalities legislation, and multi-agency partnership working. You'll be confident managing data, monitoring performance, and supporting teams through change.
Essential skills & experience:
Knowledge of the criminal justice system and the impact of crime on victims and witnesses.
Experience leading teams in a dynamic environment with a focus on service excellence.
Strong communication, negotiation and advisory skills with a range of stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities, analyse data, and make informed decisions.
Sound IT skills, including case management systems and Microsoft Office.
