We're currently supporting a fantastic college in Peterborough who are looking for an enthusiastic Work Placement Coach to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, starting as soon as possible.

You'll play a key role in supporting students to secure and complete meaningful work placements as part of their study programmes. This includes building relationships with local employers, preparing learners for the workplace, and ensuring placements meet course and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support learners in finding and completing suitable work placements
• Liaise with employers to create and maintain placement opportunities
• Monitor progress and ensure placement requirements are met
• Deliver employability sessions or one-to-one support as needed

Requirements:

• Experience working in education, employability, or work-based learning
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident building relationships with students and employers
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
