Job Title: Learner Engagement Lecturer - Temporary
Location: Peterborough
Contract: Temporary | Hours: 9.25 per week | Duration: 36 weeks

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Learner Engagement Lecturer to join the team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will work with learners to support their engagement, motivation, and progress across their studies. You will help learners build the skills, resilience, and confidence needed to succeed in their courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sessions to support learner engagement and motivation.
• Monitor learner progress and attendance, providing guidance where required.
• Work with learners to identify and overcome barriers to learning.
• Contribute to the development of engaging learning activities and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of learner support and interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to learner engagement and success.

Person Specification:

• Experience working in education, learner support, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Understanding of barriers to learning and strategies to improve learner engagement.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting learners.
