Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic GCSE English Lecturer to join our team. You will deliver engaging lessons to GCSE learners, helping them develop their literacy skills and achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver GCSE English lessons to a diverse learner cohort.
• Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Support learners to develop literacy, communication, and exam skills.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, attendance, and learner progress.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and the continuous improvement of teaching resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure learners receive consistent support.

Person Specification:

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in delivering GCSE English.
• Strong knowledge of GCSE English curriculum and exam requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
