Job Title: Learner Engagement Lecturer

Hours: 9.25 per week
Salary: £7,145.50-£9,021 Pro Rata

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and engaging Learner Engagement Lecturer to join our team. In this role, you will work with learners to support their engagement, progress, and overall success. You will play a key role in helping learners overcome barriers and build confidence to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sessions and support to enhance learner engagement and motivation.
• Monitor learner progress, attendance, and participation, providing guidance where needed.
• Work with learners to identify and overcome barriers to learning.
• Contribute to the development of engaging learning activities and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of learner support and interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to learner engagement and support.

Person Specification:

• Experience working in education, learner support, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Understanding of barriers to learning and strategies to improve learner engagement.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting learners.
