Winter Hub Caseworker Required - Outreach Workers - Homelessness

Location: North London / East London
Contract: Temporary (Approx. 6 months)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: 09:00-17:00 / 11:00-19:00 / 13:00-21:00 (half-hour unpaid break)
Pay: £15 - £16 per hour PAYE

Are you passionate about supporting people out of homelessness? We're looking for Winter Hub Caseworkers to join our team delivering a pop-up winter accommodation hub for people sleeping rough in North London or East London

What you'll do:

• Support rough sleepers into emergency winter accommodation

• Complete assessments and create 28-day Move-On Plans

• Provide one-to-one casework and coordinate access to health, housing, and support services

• Help set up and run a clean, welcoming and safe hub environment

• Work closely with local partners including outreach, housing, and health services

About you:

• Empathetic and resilient, with a hands-on approach

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frontline environment

• Experience in homelessness, housing, or support work is desirable
