An exciting opportunity for an experienced ASB Officer to join a the Public Sector and Government housing service dedicated to creating safe and supportive communities.

The successful candidate will lead on the investigation, mediation, and resolution of anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, ensuring tenants feel safe in their homes and neighbourhoods. You will work closely with housing teams, the community safety service, and partner agencies to deliver fast, effective interventions and promote positive community relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex ASB and neighbour dispute cases through to resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on ASB legislation, policy, and intervention tools.
  • Lead on mediation and early intervention to prevent escalation of disputes.
  • Work collaboratively with police, community safety teams, and external agencies to deliver joined-up outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service improvement.
  • Support communication materials, including resident information and awareness campaigns.

About You:

  • In-depth knowledge of ASB law, policy, and best practice.
  • Strong background in customer service and tenancy management.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
  • Experience of managing complex ASB cases and working with vulnerable residents.
  • Confident analysing data, writing reports, and using IT systems to manage casework.
