This Operations Executive position offers the chance to play a vital role in a growing and influential membership organisation supporting the UK financial services industry.
This temp-to-perm opportunity would be ideal for someone with a background as a PA, EA, Team Administrator or Admin Manager who is ready to broaden their scope - taking on organisational operations, light financial administration, stakeholder engagement and supporting impactful industry events.
What you'll be doing
Ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently across the organisation
Supporting financial processes - including invoicing and budget monitoring
Managing CRM updates, website content and digital administration
Coordinating Board, Advisory Group and member meetings
Planning and delivering high-profile events such as conferences and report launches
Engaging with members, suppliers and key partners to enable strong collaboration
What we're looking for
Strong background in administration - PA/EA, office support or team coordination
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Experience supporting events or projects (desirable)
Tech-savvy with strong MS Office and digital skills
