Interim Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator, 3 months - Higher Education - Liverpool - £136 per day (Umbrella)


This is a great opportunity for an immediately available HR professional to join an ED&I team with an ambitious agenda. There is potential for the role to go on longer or go permanent.

Reporting into the Diversity and Inclusion Manager you will help to develop and deliver the Diversity and Inclusion strategy through the successful implementation of the University's D&I priorities. You key responsibilities will include:-

  • Coordinating impactful events and supporting other awareness raising initiatives
  • Supporting high-profile initiatives including charter mark submissions and annual reporting
  • Coordinating staff networks and working groups
  • Developing resources and maintaining their digital presence
  • Supporting communications and embedding ED&I best practice

Our client is looking for an an individual with experience in Diversity and Inclusion who is ready to support awareness-raising activities, coordinate impactful events, and help drive forward their inclusivity agenda. You will have excellent communication skills, a high level of IT literacy and a passion for ensuring diversity and inclusion are woven into every aspect of university life.
