
Anti-Social Behaviour Officer
Location: North London
Salary: £26.36ph (umbrella)
Contract: Full-time, 35hpw, 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload as an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, from initial report through to resolution, including legal action where appropriate.
- Participate in multi-agency working with internal and external partners across housing, police, and community services.
- Apply knowledge of legislation and statutory frameworks to resolve cases effectively.
- Assess and manage risk levels for all parties involved in ASB cases.
- Support and signpost vulnerable residents and domestic abuse survivors.
- Attend partnership meetings and community engagement events across North London.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality outcomes in line with Public Sector and Government standards.
About You:
You'll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage complex workloads. Experience within housing, community safety, or ASB case management, particularly in the Public Sector and Government is highly desirable.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
