Operations Analyst

Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a number of Operations Analysts up until March 2026, this role is hybrid with one day a week in their Canary Wharf offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing strong customer and operational services to customers internally and externally
• Working closely with other teams dealing with reviews and contacting relevant teams and people to manage more complicated cases
• Managing and supporting payments to scheme participants
• Handling applications, audit cases and amendment processes
• Meeting the team's targets
• Supporting all aspects of operations

Person Specification

• Strong numerical and analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A Basic DBS is required for this role
