Interim Head of HR Operations, 5 months - Leading Membership Organisation - London with hybrid working - c£345 per day (umbrella)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of HR to join a leading membership organisation. Reporting into the Director of HR you will be responsible for leading and delivering a professional HR operational service. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Playing a leading role with employee relations matters and organisational redesign
- Reviewing and improving HR policies and procedures
- Managing and developing their HR system
- Developing and improving staff induction and performance management processes
- Leading on recruitment processes including secondments
- Managing and coaching the HR operations team
- Assisting the Director of HR in developing HR strategies and working on ad-hoc projects
You should be an experienced Head of HR with a track record of managing an HR operations team covering employee relations, recruitment and payroll. Experience of developing and improving HR polices and procedures needs to be combined with a good knowledge of HR systems and an ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
You need to be fully CIPD qualified.
