We are recruiting for a Street Outreach Worker on behalf of a leading London based Chairty to provide vital support to people experiencing rough sleeping. This is a hands-on, rewarding role supporting people experiencing rough sleeping.

As an Outreach Worker, your role will include:

• Engaging directly with individuals sleeping rough, building trust and offering practical and emotional support

• Providing crisis intervention, signposting and referrals to housing, health, and support services

• Carrying out welfare checks and risk assessments

• Working collaboratively with partner agencies such as local authorities, police, and healthcare teams
