Complex Needs Project Worker

We are currently recruiting 2 Project Workers (Complex Needs) to join a specialist 68-bed men's hostel in Westminster. This is a temporary opportunity (3-4 months) supporting individuals with complex needs including homelessness, substance use, mental health, and criminal justice histories.




Project Worker - Complex Needs (Westminster)

Westminster, London

Temp 3-4 Months

37.5 hrs/week



What's on offer:

• £16.64 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
• Monday-Friday rota (early & late shifts)
• Opportunity to work in a trauma-informed, psychologically informed service

Key requirements:

• Experience supporting homeless or vulnerably housed individuals
• Strong case/key working background
• Confident in completing assessments and personalised support plans
• Ability to work with complex behaviours and multiple disadvantages
