Inreach Worker

We're hiring: Inreach Worker - Camden Routes off the Streets (RTS)




Camden, London

Full-time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate - £15.50 per hours PAYE plus holiday pay




Do you want to help end street homelessness in Camden? We're looking for a compassionate, proactive Inreach Worker to support people moving off the streets into short-term accommodation and onward into stable housing.

What you'll do:

• Support a caseload of rough sleepers in temporary accommodation
• Create person-centred support plans and coordinate move-on pathways
• Work closely with housing, health, and social care partners
• Advocate for clients and represent RTS at multi-agency meetings
• Support emergency responses, including severe weather provision (SWEP)

What we're looking for:

• Experience supporting people experiencing homelessness or complex needs
• Strong knowledge of housing pathways and partnership working
• Excellent communication, organisation, and advocacy skills
• A trauma-informed, person-centred approach
