We're hiring: Hub Caseworker - Camden Routes off the Streets (RTS)




Camden, London

Full time

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate - £15.50 per hour PAYE




Camden Routes off the Streets (RTS) is looking for a compassionate and proactive Hub Caseworker to support people experiencing rough sleeping and complex needs, helping them access accommodation, stabilise their lives, and move towards long-term housing.

What you'll do:

• Manage a caseload and deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support
• Assess needs and risks, develop support plans, and coordinate interventions
• Work closely with housing, health, and support services
• Advocate for service users at multi-agency and MDT meetings
• Support emergency and severe weather responses (SWEP)

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with people experiencing homelessness or complex needs
• Strong understanding of housing pathways and local support services
• Excellent communication, organisation, and partnership-working skills
