As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation by attracting and recruiting exceptional teachers and senior leaders.
Your key responsibilities will include:-

- Building and maintaining talent pools of skilled educators and non-teaching staff, while nurturing talent pipelines to support future roles.
- Conducting market mapping and benchmarking research to identify competitors and passive talent.
- Participating in professional networking events and university careers fairs.
- Conducting screening calls and evaluating candidate suitability of prospective candidates, introducing them to career opportunities within the organisation
- Supporting the talent team in working with academies to identify recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Identifying candidates against open positions within the Federation as well as planning for future talent needs.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using innovative methods, including social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms.
You need to be a Recruiter or a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of working in the Education or Public sectors. Experience of the full recruitment cycle including sourcing and screening candidates and building talent pipelines needs to be combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
