Rough Sleeping Navigator

Role: Rough Sleeping Navigator
Location: East London
Start: ASAP
Hours: 4 days per week (Monday-Friday), 7 hours per day
Rate: £16 per hour + Holiday Pay / £21 LTD

This role requires someone with experience in outreach, homelessness services, and an understanding of substance misuse. You will be supporting rough sleepers and helping them engage with drug and alcohol services while working closely with outreach teams and partner agencies.
