Application Support Analyst (2nd & 3rd Line Support)

Morgan Hunt are working with a public sector organisation to recruit an Application Support Analyst on a fixed term contract until the end of the calendar year. The position is within the organisations technology and transformation directorate, and focuses on providing 2nd and 3rd line application support, providing system improvements, enhancements and testing. You will be a system expert and support the development and efficient use of applications within the organisation.

You must have experience using Northgate/NEC Housing management system.



Key Requirements:

• Strong Application Support experience (2nd & 3rd line)
• Experience with Housing Management Systems (Northgate/NEC specifically is essential)
• Confident in a high paced environment
• Systems configuration, testing and stakeholder engagement experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with business systems
• PowerBI and Business Objects experience
• Agile working experience

£45-000 - £51,000 per year

Contract until 31/12/26

Hybrid working (Birmingham office)
