Board Administrator

The Board Administrator plays a key role in providing high-quality governance, administrative, and organisational support to ensure the effective and smooth operation of the Board and its committees.

This position is responsible for ensuring that meetings are well planned, efficiently delivered, and compliant with statutory and organisational requirements. Working closely with the Chair, you will support them in fulfilling their leadership responsibilities while promoting strong governance practices across the organisation.

The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive board secretarial services, coordinating Board and committee meetings in line with agreed processes and legal timescales, and ensuring that all actions are accurately tracked and completed.

The role involves preparing detailed and high-quality briefing materials for the Chair to support the effective facilitation of meetings. You will attend Board and committee meetings, produce accurate and timely minutes, and maintain oversight of action logs. You will also maintain a well organised and up to date documentation, decisions, and governance records, ensuring information is accessible and compliant with governance standards.

This is a temporary role to start ASAP until the end of June 2026.
