Recruitment Resourcer (Trainee)

Morgan Hunt are recruiting for an Internal Resourcer to join our IT division in the Glasgow office.

This role will focus on sourcing candidates for a range of IT positions, with a particular emphasis on IT, Data, and AI roles. You will play a key part in building strong candidate relationships and matching talent to opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with candidates via phone and build lasting relationships
• Source and manage a pipeline of candidates across IT, Data, and AI roles
• Ensure all successful candidates meet compliance requirements
• Develop a strong understanding of various technical job roles

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Technically minded with an interest in IT and emerging technologies
• Quick learner with a proactive approach

What's on Offer:

• Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + commission (OTE approx. £4,000 per year)
• Permanent position
• Hybrid working - 3 days per week in our Glasgow city centre office
