Supported Living Manager - Learning Disabilities
37.5 hours per week, based in Hillingdon.
Are you an experienced social care leader ready to shape a specialist supported living service from the ground up?
My client is looking for a Supported Living Manager to work within their Hillingdon service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex mental health needs. Our focus is on delivering high quality, person centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and long term stability in the community.
The Role:
As a Supported Living Manager you will lead the day to day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes. You'll manage and develop a skilled team, implement person centred practices, and work closely with families, commissioners, and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations
- Ensure CQC compliance and safeguarding standards
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Build partnerships with stakeholders and professionals
- Monitor service quality and outcomes
About You:
- 8+ years' experience in health & social care
- Experience in a Deputy or Registered Manager role
- Strong knowledge of CQC and person centred care
- Experience supporting complex needs or PBS approaches
