
Agile Coach - Data & AI
Morgan Hunt are working with a public sector organisation based in Edinburgh to recruit an Agile coach. You will work with the Data & Analytics function within the organisation to help the function to find new ways to work collaboratively, whilst also supporting delivery functions. As time goes on, the role will move from coaching to a delivery role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of Data & AI products alongside Data Science and Engineering teams
- Coach teams and leaders to adopt and improve Agile practices
- Help define, prioritise, and drive strategic Data & Analytics initiatives
- Facilitate planning and collaboration across teams
- Guide teams through organisational growth and change
- Establish effective Agile processes
- Ensure multiple products/services are delivered in line with roadmaps and value goals
- Promote adoption of AI tools (mainly Copilot) across the organisation
Essential Experience:
Agile Experience:
- Strong knowledge of of Agile concepts and techniques
- Experience of embedding Agile practices in different kinds of teams
- Knowledge of Agile product development
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
Digital and Service Experience:
- An understanding of good digital and data service delivery design
- Experience of working with teams building digital, data and AI products and services
- Experience of different industries (public-sector experience is desirable but not essential)
- Experience, understanding and appetite for working with data and AI-led initiatives
£520 Per Day, Outside IR35
Remote working (occasional team meetings in Edinburgh/Glasgow offices)
6-month contract initially
