Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Lecturer to join a reputable Higher Education Institute on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an academic professional to deliver high-quality teaching and support students studying business management programmes at Levels 4 to 6, while contributing to the development of the curriculum and academic community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops across Business Management modules at Levels 4 to 6
• Plan and prepare engaging teaching materials aligned with programme learning outcomes
• Assess student work including assignments, presentations, and examinations, providing constructive and timely feedback
• Support students' academic progress, research skills, and career development
• Contribute to curriculum design, programme development, and academic quality assurance processes
• Participate in academic meetings, moderation, and assessment boards
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, engagement, and performance
• Provide academic support through tutorials and student guidance sessions
• Engage with industry developments to ensure course content remains relevant and up to date

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline (PhD desirable)
• Previous teaching experience within Higher Education or Further Education, particularly across Levels 4 to 6
• Strong subject knowledge across core business disciplines
• Experience designing and delivering academic modules and assessments
• Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
