The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, support student development, and contribute to curriculum development across our Health and Social Care programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, workshops, and tutorials in Health and Social Care.
- Support students in achieving academic and professional success.
- Develop and update course materials to reflect current best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in assessment, feedback, and administrative duties.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Health and Social Care or related field.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain (e.g., PGCE, Level 5/7 Diploma in Education and Training).
- Experience in teaching or training within health, social care, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
