static maintenance joiner

We are currently seeking an experienced Static Maintenance Joiner to join a dedicated maintenance team within a secure site environment. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering consistent hours and a stable working schedule.

Key Details:

• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Contract Type: Ongoing temporary
• Start: Immediate or as soon as available
• Will require level two disclosure (or be willing to obtain one)

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive joinery maintenance
• Repair and install doors, windows, flooring, and fixtures
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations
• Work as part of a wider facilities and maintenance team
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a joiner in a maintenance or facilities environment
• Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., SVQ/NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a secure and structured environment
