Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our HR function. You will provide high-level administrative support, manage HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. This role requires someone who is organized, discreet, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Assist in payroll administration and benefits management.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and HR systems.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential).
